AUDLEY END HOYSE AND GARDENS

Day trip by coach to visit early 17th century mansion and outstanding gardens. Built for the Howard family, it was remodelled by Robert Adam in 1760s and again in 1820s. There’s a current exhibition “From Monastery to Mansion: Power, Portraiture and Ambition”
